Keep in mind tha\n...\nt this is a 1099 position.\nDuties\n\u2022 Operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles for route driving, ensuring timely deliveries. 26ft\n\u2022 Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques.\n\u2022 Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.\n\u2022 Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.\n\u2022 Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.\n\u2022 Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization.\n\u2022 Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.\nRequirements\n\u2022 Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.\n\u2022 Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role involving route driving.\n\u2022 Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.\n\u2022 Experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.\n\u2022 Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of goods as required.\n\u2022 Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous.\n\u2022 Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus.\n\u2022 Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules effectively.
